Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Service Analytics Analyst – EU & WWI to partner with the Finance and Services leadership, integrating financial, operational, customer, and workforce data to drive forward-looking insights and scalable decisions.

You will support Field Services, Technical Support, Digital Technical Support, Customer Services, and Customer Success, going beyond reporting to quantify opportunities and translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, data science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial analytics, business analytics, FP&A, operational finance, data analytics, or related field.
Strong financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost drivers, margin, profitability, and financial modeling.
Ability to integrate financial and operational data and translate analysis into business insights and recommendations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, or similar platforms, plus advanced Excel.
Interest or experience applying AI and automation to finance and analytics workflows.
Strong business acumen and understanding of performance drivers across operational, customer, workforce, and financial domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.
Proactive and intellectually curious, able to identify insights beyond initial requests.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver integrated financial and operational analytics that identify performance drivers across EU & WWI Services.
Develop scenario, sensitivity, and driver-based models to evaluate strategic alternatives and quantify tradeoffs.
Provide insights and recommendations across revenue, cost-to-serve, margin, profitability, productivity, workforce capacity, and customer performance.
Support financial planning and performance management including forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis, and variance analysis.
Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and forward-looking recommendations for leadership action.
Support OGST by linking KPIs to outcomes and strategic priorities.
Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate analysis and forecasting.
Partner with Services, Operations, IT, Data & Analytics, and global teams to improve data quality and analytics capabilities.
Communicate complex analysis through concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement by automating and scaling analytical processes across EU & WWI.
