IATA Consulting in Geneva is seeking a proactive Events & Operations Coordinator to support the SLICE team. You will coordinate conferences, manage trackers, support procurement, and help with governance and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of coordination or operations experience, strong MS Office, SAP or SharePoint experience, and a structured, detail‑oriented mindset; willingness to travel up to 15%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations, communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of coordination, administration, operations or event-management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP and SharePoint are essential.
• Experience with structured trackers/datasets; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of procurement processes and governance in international environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate events for IATA Slots Conferences and industry events.
• Develop and maintain trackers on budget, campaigns, projects, and procurement.
• Manage intranet/SharePoint content and internal communications.
• Support governance, SOPs, and procurement workflow improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and participation.
