Hilton is seeking a Groups and Events Coordinator in Geneva to manage inbound group and event requests from initial contact through contract creation and execution. You will work with multiple hotel departments to meet client goals and ensure seamless events.

The role requires strong organization, ability to multitask, and experience in hospitality sales. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word is preferred, with a proactive, service-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate or MBA in Management, Hospitality and Marketing.
• Experience in groups and events sales, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Aufgaben

• Receive groups and events and keep up to date the hotel event output.
• Draw up contracts for groups and events.
• Enter rooming lists, update payment instructions and capture important group data.
• Negotiate budgets with customers.
• Develop events Work Orders in the system with all relevant information.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, Reservations, Front Desk, and kitchen.
• Assist guests during their stay for groups and events.
• Participate in activities such as cocktails, welcome tours.
• Ensure client requests are answered efficiently.
