You will partner with global internal teams to uncover AI use cases, translate them into prototypes and production-ready solutions, and train staff across functions.

The role emphasizes governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices while collaborating with Microsoft technologies and the broader Power Platform.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Business Information Systems and broad technical understanding.
• Proven experience in digital transformation or AI adoption/integration roles, across departments.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI stack (Azure AI, Cognitive Services).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases.
• Turn prioritized AI use cases into prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for various teams.
• Track usage metrics and report on AI adoption across the organization.
• Support cultural and operational shifts toward AI adoption.
• Ensure responsible AI use aligned with data security and compliance standards.
