Hexagon AB is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a robust CI/CD platform with self-service capabilities for development teams in Switzerland. You will host self-managed LLM infrastructure and manage AI gateways to enable scalable AI access, while pursuing AI-driven optimization of pipelines and proactive operations.

The role emphasizes security integration, platform strategy, and mentorship to raise DevOps maturity across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Significant software development experience in Python, Kotlin, C# or C++.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD systems, preferably TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
• Practical expertise operating and integrating AI infrastructure with measurable efficiency gains.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and Docker.

Aufgaben

• CI/CD platform engineering: design, build and maintain a platform with self-service capabilities for development teams.
• Local/on-prem LLM hosting & AI gateway management: operate self-hosted LLM infrastructure with cost tracking and observability.
• Intelligent CI/CD pipeline optimisation: apply AI techniques to reduce feedback cycles and delivery costs.
• AIOps & autonomous incident response: move from firefighting to predictive automated operations.
• Technology strategy: evolve the platform engineering stack with state-of-the-art tech.
• DevSecOps integration: embed security into CI/CD workflows to meet regulatory requirements.
• DevOps enablement & mentoring: coach engineers to raise DevOps maturity across the organization.
