Qualifikationen

• A college degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles in digital transformation or AI adoption.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data protection, compliance, and access management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Power Platform.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support clients in developing AI visions, identifying use cases, and achieving measurable results.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify valuable AI agent scenarios aligned with business priorities.
• Advise clients and design AI initiatives tailored to their organization, framework conditions, and policies.
• Establish AI governance structures for responsible AI, risk management, compliance, and platform governance.
• Train users on how to work with AI agents and build understanding of governance guardrails.
• Coordinate stakeholders from IT, business, compliance, and management, and support change processes.
