Oerlikon invites a strategic Head of AI to shape enterprise AI across business and IT, reporting to the CIO, and to drive agentification and automation to deliver measurable business impact.

You will lead governance, architecture, risk, and compliance across global teams, mentoring colleagues while ensuring responsible AI adoption. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. The role is based in Switzerland with a global scope.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in global environments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, governance, security, and compliance.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology and drive measurable value.
• Strong leadership and change management across functions and regions.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Shape and evolve enterprise AI strategy and governance with digitalization teams.
• Establish AI policies, standards, controls, and compliance frameworks for secure AI.
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives including AI agents and automation.
• Oversee AI risk management and alignment with AI legislation and data protection.
• Define AI value metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and business impact.
• Foster AI awareness and capability building through training and enablement.
