Job summary

PwC Switzerland is seeking a Senior Associate / Manager in Zurich to lead technical AI security engagements across GenAI, LLM-based, and agentic solutions. You will guide design reviews, threat modelling, and control validation while collaborating with Cybersecurity and Technology experts across PwC networks.

You will define objectives, oversee implementation, and mentor colleagues, shaping AI security services and methodologies within a multinational consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of cybersecurity experience with AI environments.
• Consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
• Direct experience with GenAI, LLM-based or agentic solutions.
• Translate technical weaknesses into security requirements and remediation actions.
• Strong understanding of AI threats and controls.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or deliver the technical component of AI security assessments.
• Develop threat models and abuse cases for AI systems.
• Translate AI security findings into proportionate security requirements and remediation actions.
• Define objectives and scope of testing and control validation; supervise execution.
• Collaborate with AI Security governance and risk teams to integrate findings into client conclusions.
• Contribute to AI security services, methodologies and thought leadership.
• Mentor colleagues and foster collaboration and growth.
