Job summary

You will guide workshops, identify AI use cases, and align solutions with business challenges while managing risks such as data privacy and model performance.

You will leverage a strong AI background, navigate Swiss market dynamics, and travel as needed to deliver measurable value for clients and PwC.

Qualifications

• Advanced AI leadership and project delivery experience.
• Experience with Generative AI and ML engineering.
• Go-to-market experience in the Swiss market is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as a Director, guiding PwC teams and executives.
• Act as trusted advisor for AI adoption, identifying value and risks.
• Facilitate workshops to define AI use cases and roadmaps for clients.
