Job summary

Vontobel invites ambitious students to join a 6‑month Early Careers Internship starting 1 March 2027 in Zurich. You’ll work on AI agents, automation prototypes, and knowledge-source integration under a supportive team.

The program offers hands-on experience, workshops, and networking opportunities within a global investment firm. You’ll develop cloud and AI skills, collaborate across teams, and contribute to practical solutions while exposing yourself to a dynamic financial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s program in finance, technology or related field.
Genuine interest in the financial sector.
Fluent in English; German, French or Italian a plus.
Valid work permit for Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and enhancing AI agents and automation prototypes under guidance.
Support connecting approved knowledge sources for secure retrieval by AI agents.
Test prompts and agent responses, document findings, and improve reliability.
Contribute to templates, docs, and how-to guides for AI platform reuse.
Support platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and security standards.
Collaborate with tech and business colleagues to solve practical AI needs.
