Vontobel Asset Management, Inc. is offering an Early Careers Internship Program in Zurich.

Over six months, beginning 1 March 2027, you will gain hands-on experience in finance, risk management, governance, and regulatory aspects while building valuable industry connections at a globally recognized investment firm. You will work across the bank's risk frameworks, interact with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Finance teams, and contribute to risk analysis, reporting, and governance materials.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; German, French or Italian is a plus.
• You hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.

Responsabilidades

• Support risk frameworks alignment across enterprise, operational and governance areas.
• Engage with Risk, Compliance, Technology and Finance to understand interactions of activities, risks and controls.
• Contribute to risk analysis and oversight of incidents, regulatory developments and resilience scenarios.
• Assist in risk reporting, dashboards, and committee materials for senior management.
• Improve risk management processes by linking appetite, incidents, controls and assessments.
• Explore how AI can enhance risk identification, analysis and management reporting with governance.
• Gain insights into corporate governance and how risk information escalates to decisions.
• Bring curiosity and analytical thinking to strengthen Enterprise Risk Control.
