Job summary

Swiss Life Asset Managers in Zurich is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) to help develop AI-driven workflows for the Multi Asset and Equity business. You will collaborate with Product Specialists and Portfolio Management while exploring AI agents and automation in a flexible, approximately 60% capacity.

The role emphasizes data preparation, prompt creation, and knowledge integration, with hands-on exposure to modern AI tools and financial data platforms.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field.
• At least one year of studies remaining at planned start date.
• Interest in Generative AI and automation with practical exposure is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Python, data analytics, APIs, and modern AI environments.
• Experience with development tools like Copilot, VS Code, GitHub is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-driven workflows for Multi Asset & Equity units.
• Support AI agents and digital assistants for knowledge retrieval and automation.
• Prepare and integrate data sources for AI-powered apps.
• Create and optimize prompt libraries and AI workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support PoC initiatives and rollout of new AI tech.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing processes and document solutions.
