Job summary

The program runs for 6 months, starting March 1, 2027, with exposure to digital HR tools and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken; German, French or Italian is a plus.
• You hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.

Responsibilities

• Assist AI initiatives to enhance HR processes and decision‑making.
• Contribute to People & Organizational Development projects shaping how we develop our people.
• Create content and support development of HR intranet pages.
