Vontobel invites driven students to join their 6‑month Early Careers Internship starting 1 March 2027 in Zurich. You will support AI initiatives within HR, contribute to People & Organizational Development, and help craft internal communications.

You will gain hands‑on experience with digital HR tools and participate in transformation projects across HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR IT. The program emphasizes ownership, tenacity, and proactive problem‑solving, with a collaborative culture, on‑site

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field.
• Fluent in English; German, French or Italian a plus.
• Have a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.

Responsabilidades

• Support AI initiatives to enhance HR processes and decision‑making.
• Contribute to People & Organizational Development projects
• Create content and help develop HR intranet pages
