BlueCallom is seeking an AI Journey Manager in Zürich to guide customers through the Enterprise AI journey, helping transform operations into cognitive enterprises that blend human and AI collaboration.

You will drive needs analysis, opportunity discovery, and workflow intelligence, coordinating with customer teams and our experts to scale implementation across enterprises in a cooperative, office-based setting. Home office is not supported.

Qualifikationen

• B2B market focus with large enterprises (1,000–20,000+ employees).
• Decisions made at C-level; ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Experience in translating business needs into AI-enabled workflow solutions.

Aufgaben

• Help customers understand the real impact and opportunities Enterprise AI offers them.
• Support the evolution from a non-intelligent IT architecture to a highly intelligent, agentic one.
• Collaborate with the customer's project- and AI-journey management teams and our experts.
