BlueCallom Corp. in Zürich is seeking an Enterprise AI Trainer who will be among the first to leverage AI tools to design curricula, tests, and visuals for enterprise clients.

You will run multi-day trainings, deliver sessions to executives, managers, and users, and contribute to project engagements and AI agent development.

This role requires deep AI knowledge, strong collaboration, and a passion for shaping the future of work at our Zürich office.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced trainer with strong didactic skills who can create curricula, tests and exercises.
• Proven track record delivering technology and business training to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of the latest AI models (LLMs, GPT-01/05, RAG) and APIs.
• Experience with cloud or SaaS deployments and understanding of business workflows.

Aufgaben

• Plan and create curricula for businesses and public programs.
• Build your own material including tests and certification from start to finish.
• Coordinate, organize, and conduct multi-day training sessions every month.
• Prepare material to promote the programs.
• Deliver defined trainings for executives, managers, and users, including tests and certification.
• Deliver customer-specific trainings with tests and certification.
• Participate in project meetings and address customer training needs.
• Join sales presentations when possible to monitor market needs.
• Help design teams develop agents for new AI solutions.
