BlueCallom is seeking an AI Journey Manager in Zürich to guide customers through the Enterprise AI journey, helping transform operations into cognitive enterprises that blend human and AI collaboration.

You will drive needs analysis, opportunity discovery, and workflow intelligence, coordinating with customer teams and our experts to scale implementation across enterprises in a cooperative, office-based setting. Home office is not supported.

AI Journey Manager (formerly known as Project Manager)

You will help customers understand the real impact and opportunities Enterprise AI offers them.
It’s the evolution of an entire enterprise. Not a rip-and-replace process. It’s a soft transformation from a non-intelligent IT architecture to a highly intelligent agentic IT.

You will help companies transform into Cognitive Enterprises. Companies where the cognition of an organization is based on the fusion of Human and Artificial Intelligence.

Key topics include:

Needs analysis, opportunity discovery, workflow intelligence, systems integration., and deployment of an integrated Enterprise AI Network.

The Technology you will deal with:

BlueCallom’s AgenticBlue Enterprise Application Platform with its Multi-Application Design and Multi-Tenant Architecture. Design-In of our Measurability, Manageability, and Scalability capabilities. A unique Native-AI architecture that uses software only to communicate with external systems and databases.

BlueCallom’s CognitionBlue Adaptive Workflow Intelligence that turns fixed and deterministic business processes into dynamic, adaptive, and intelligent workflows. We use the term ‘Workflow’ literally, as ‘flow’ describes what we achieve, whereas processes never ‘flow’.

Leveraging AI for managing the implementation planning, execution, and lifelong advancement.

Collaborate closely with the customer’s project-, or AI-journey management and our own expert team.
