Job summary

Singularity IO GmbH is seeking an AI Governance & Compliance Engineer to safeguard trust and regulatory excellence across our agentic systems. You will design, implement, and continuously improve the governance layer to meet EU AI Act, DSG/GDPR, and enterprise risk standards.

In this high-impact role, you will build governance policies, implement human-in-the-loop and audit trails, and translate evolving regulations into practical platform features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI.
• Strong understanding of EU AI Act, DSG/GDPR, and risk-based AI regulation.
• Experience with AI auditing tools, bias detection, and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI governance policies, risk classification, and control frameworks.
• Implement human-in-the-loop, audit trails, and explainability mechanisms.
• Design automated monitoring and reporting systems for regulatory adherence.
• Support client projects with governance documentation and technical audits.
• Stay ahead of evolving EU AI Act requirements and translate them into practical platform features.
