Job summary

Singularity IO GmbH is seeking an AI Governance & Compliance Engineer to safeguard trust and regulatory excellence across our agentic systems. You will design, implement, and continuously improve the governance layer to meet EU AI Act, DSG/GDPR, and enterprise risk standards.

In this high-impact role, you will build governance policies, implement human-in-the-loop and audit trails, and translate evolving regulations into practical platform features.

Qualifications

You will design, implement, and continuously improve the governance layer that ensures all our agentic systemsmeet the highest standards of the EU AI Act, DSG/GDPR, and enterprise risk requirements.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, regulation, and ethics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI
• Strong understanding of the EU AI Act, DSG/GDPR, and risk-based AI regulation
• Practical experience with AI auditing tools, bias detection, and explainability techniques
• Technical background in Python, LangGraph, or LLM workflows is highly valued
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable engineering solutions
