Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; first relevant professional experience beneficial.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Interest or experience in automation, digital tools, data analytics, data engineering, or AI applications in business processes.
• Basic understanding of planning processes in the pharmaceutical industry, with pharma/MedTech experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication; fluency in English required; German at a minimum level preferred.

Aufgaben

• Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Develop automated reporting to support site planning and MRP processes.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage digital tools and AI in collaboration with IT, GPEX, and planning stakeholders.
• Generating and managing site planning reports with actionable insights on material availability, risks, and performance.
• Leading analyses of drivers affecting material planning performance, and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Inventory Planning & Performance Analysis: Execute site material inventory projections and optimize inventory.
• Support the Site Planning Team: coordinate with MPS and DS to ensure timely release of materials.
• Provide analytical support to manage material constraints and planning exceptions.
• Support the MPS team in daily operational activities.
