You will collaborate with the Master Production Schedule, MRP, and DS teams to ensure reliable material availability while balancing service levels, inventory, and costs. Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/Power BI required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Initial or junior-level production planning experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI.
• Interest or experience in automation, digital tools, data analytics, or AI applications in business processes.

Aufgaben

• Reporting, Analytics & Insights
• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reporting solutions to support site planning and MRP processes; standardize to reduce manual workload and improve data accuracy.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage digital tools and AI to streamline standard processes in partnership with IT and planning stakeholders.
• Generating and managing site planning reports with actionable insights into material availability, risks, and performance.
• Leading analyses of key drivers affecting material planning performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Inventory Planning & Performance Analysis
• Executing site material inventory projections in alignment with the Master Production Schedule and recommending corrective actions.
• Supporting the Site Planning Team and partnering with MPS and DS to ensure timely release of materials.
• Providing analytical support to manage material constraints, supplier performance, and planning exceptions.
