Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Schaffhausen is seeking an Analyst Site Planning to join the Production Planning & Scheduling team. You will support digital enablement, automation, and advanced analytics to improve material availability and planning efficiency.

Work closely with MPS and DS teams, deliver automated reporting, identify AI opportunities, and help balance service levels, inventory, and cost across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis, ERP, and reporting tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Interest or experience in automation, digital tools, data analytics, or AI.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; German (B1) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated reporting solutions for site planning and MRP.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools and AI with IT and planning stakeholders.
• Generate site planning reports on material availability, risks, and performance.
• Analyze drivers affecting material planning; identify trends and root causes.
• Execute site material inventory projections aligned to the Master Production Schedule.
• Support MPS daily operations and ensure timely release of materials.
