Zusammenfassung

Cilag AG in Schaffhausen, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, seeks an Analyst Site Planning to enhance material planning through digital analytics, automated reporting, and AI-enabled improvements. You will collaborate with MPS, DS, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable material availability while balancing service, inventory, and cost.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. You will report to the Master Production Planner and contribute to the site’s planning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field with initial professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in automation, digital tools, data analytics, data engineering, or AI applications in business processes.
• Basic understanding of planning processes in the pharmaceutical industry; pharma/MedTech experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvements; cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Fluency in English is required; German at least B1 is preferred/desirable.

Aufgaben

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reporting solutions for site planning and MRP processes.
• Identify and implement digital tools and AI to streamline standard processes in partnership with IT, GPEX, and planning stakeholders.
• Generate and manage site planning reports with actionable insights on material availability, risks, and performance.
• Analyze key drivers affecting material planning performance and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with MPS and DS teams to ensure timely release of materials and finished goods.
• Provide analytical support to manage material constraints, supplier performance, and planning exceptions.
