Allica Bank is seeking an Operational Excellence & Procedures Lead to drive process improvement across Operations, including AI-enabled workflows and governance. You will partner with Product, Technology, Risk and Change to ensure scalable, customer-focused procedures that support rapid growth.

You will lead reviews, map end-to-end journeys, embed best practices, and champion data-driven MI reporting to enable confident operational change and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong process mapping and end-to-end design capability.
• 2+ years of line management experience.
• Excellent governance, risk management and control understanding.

Aufgaben

• Lead process/procedure reviews across all operational functions.
• Facilitate workshops to map and optimise end-to-end journeys.
• Partner with teams to identify pain points and deliver practical solutions.
• Ensure procedures remain aligned to Policies, Risk Frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows adoption and measure tangible benefits.
• Coordinate updates and communications of procedures with stakeholders.
