Avaloq is seeking an AI Software Engineer to lead AI experiments and bring Agentic solutions from ideation to production. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design prompts, multi-Agent architectures, and tooling for scalable AI in banking.

The role focuses on production-ready AI, performance optimization, and staying current with AI research and regulatory standards within a global wealth-management technology leader.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Full-Stack development and software engineering.
• 3+ years ML experience with 2+ years in LLMs/Agents.
• Experience deploying AI models to production and monitoring.
• Proficient in Python, data structures, algorithms and debugging.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI experiments and develop Agentic AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI architectures and tools.
• Develop prompts, multi-Agent architectures, and robust evaluation pipelines.
• Deploy and maintain LLM-based solutions in production, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with AI research and regulatory considerations.
