Job summary

BBVA Schweiz AG, based in Zürich, offers a role focused on automating and modernizing processes within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will build scalable dashboards, automate KPI reporting, and explore AI-driven use cases to enhance efficiency and analytics across the BCU department.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate, plus English and Spanish communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools, especially Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Interest and experience with generative AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to translate business processes into simple, scalable solutions.
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
• Documentation and transferring knowledge to non-technical users.
• Additional familiarity with Python, SQL, or Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions, structuring data sources and automating KPIs and visualizations.
• Automate the preparation of management presentations with updated data.
• Develop AI use cases for analysis and reporting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ensure sustainability of implemented solutions and document processes, controls, and maintenance procedures.
• Transfer knowledge to the team before the assignment ends.
