Qualifikationen

• Min. 3+ years experience in an HR Operational role
• Knowledge of employment laws across JAPAC countries is advantageous
• Experience in a global business is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborate with HRBP and COEs to implement programs and initiatives
• Build relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communications
• Produce reports to quantify people metrics and outcomes
• Deliver Performance Improvement Processes with HRBP support
• Advise employees on people-related queries with HR Operations and Total Rewards
