Zusammenfassung

The Forum in Geneva seeks an AI and Workplace Technology Specialist to bridge staff tools with the Forum's intelligent workplace. You will help ensure platforms are actively managed, fit for purpose, and connected to the Forum’s progress rather than operating in isolation.

You will report to the Workplace Technology team within TDI and collaborate with colleagues across business, procurement, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and external suppliers to deliver practical outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting digital tools or AI-enabled services.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical requirements.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.
• Familiarity with platform governance, access, data, and integration considerations.

Aufgaben

• Support stewardship of staff-facing tools as part of TDI’s institutional portfolio.
• Help define employee needs, business needs, priority use cases, and functional requirements for workplace technology and AI tools.
• Support platform strategy and roadmap activities, including assessing whether tools fit the wider Forum landscape and how they should evolve over time.
• Contribute to vendor selection, supplier engagement, and enterprise fit discussions, while TDI retains ownership of the vendor relationship and institutional decision-making.
• Develop staff guidance, user communications, and adoption materials so staff understand how and when to use each tool.
