Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Finance Systems Lead based in Switzerland to own and evolve the financial technology stack. You will manage NetSuite, oversee integrations with Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment, and drive automation to streamline month-end processes.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Data, and Automation teams to scale globally, support new pricing models, and prepare for potential public-company requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment.
• Strong NetSuite technical skills, including SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, role management, and release management.
• Experience owning an ERP or billing system implementation or migration from planning through deployment.
• Understanding of how Stripe data flows into an ERP and supports revenue recognition processes.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations through iPaaS platforms or custom code.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot data flows, build reconciliations, and configure automated alerts.
• Solid understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes, including controls.
• Ability to collaborate with accountants, engineers, data specialists, and auditors.
• An AI-first approach and regular use of tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration and governance across multi-subsidiary setup and chart of accounts.
• Lead integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and NetSuite, and data flows to the analytics warehouse.
• Design automated reconciliation processes and alerts to detect data inconsistencies.
• Oversee system architecture, implementations, entity setup, and integration development.
• Support new pricing models, international expansion, and public-company preparation.
