Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead AI-native delivery for pharma and life sciences clients in Europe. The role is hybrid and based in Switzerland, embedding AI and data practices across the lifecycle to ensure quality, compliance and measurable business outcomes.

You will manage scope, budget, risk and margin while shaping pricing, governance and stakeholder reporting. Strong leadership of distributed teams and deep knowledge of GxP and regulatory requirements are

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT delivery management, with GxP-regulated delivery experience
• Experience running large or multi-stream programmes or portfolios, including fixed-price or milestone-based delivery
• Hands-on experience delivering data, cloud and AI/ML solutions with practical impact on delivery economics
• Knowledge of validated-system practices (CSV/CSA) and data integrity; able to engage with client QA and validation
• Fluent English; German or French is an advantage
• Capable of leading distributed, cross-functional teams and steering committees

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and margin across a portfolio of engagements or multi-workstream programmes
• Maintain delivery health, risks and forecasts in EPAM’s delivery systems and escalate early
• Manage contracts and change control for fixed-price, milestone-based and time-and-materials work
• Run delivery with AI embedded across the software development lifecycle and delivery management, measuring productivity and quality
• Take generative AI and agentic solutions from PoC into validated production with human oversight
• Shape pricing and delivery models with Sales reflecting AI-driven productivity
• Apply GxP, validation and data-integrity principles in planning, testing and documentation
• Understand regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GDPR, EU AI Act) and surface implications early
• Build and sustain relationships with client IT, business and quality leaders; governance and reporting
• Build and lead distributed teams across EPAM’s European and global delivery centres
