Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice. You will help clients turn AI, data, and transformation ambition into practical business value through AI-native consulting that blends strategic thinking with hands-on design and delivery.

You will work with AI methods and ecosystems to scale from pilots to enterprise deployment, supporting strategy, GenAI, governance, and automation engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, digital, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills connecting business priorities to technology implications.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, app builders, workflow orchestration, data products, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives (experience with LangChain or CrewAI is a plus).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German (Zurich) or French (Geneva) at business-proficient level (C1).

Aufgaben

• Work with AI methods and partner ecosystems to move from pilots to enterprise deployment.
• Support engagements across Data & AI strategy, GenAI, governance, and intelligent automation.
• Identify where AI, analytics, automation, or data foundations create measurable value.
• Assist workshops on AI strategy, use case discovery, prioritization, and AI-ready ways of working.
• Contribute to prototype and delivery artifacts with multidisciplinary teams.
