Capgemini Invent in Switzerland seeks a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to translate AI, data, and transformation ambition into business value through hands-on solution design and delivery.

You will work with AI methods, GenAI and automation tools, supporting strategy workshops, governance, and scalable AI foundations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid setting.

YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice, you will help clients turn AI, data, and transformation ambition into practical business value through AI-native consulting that combines strategic thinking with hands-on solution design and delivery.

• Work with emerging AI methods and our frontier partner ecosystem (Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Google) to help clients move beyond pilots into enterprise deployment
• Support engagements across Data & AI strategy, GenAI, agentic AI, governance, and intelligent automation
• Help identify where AI, analytics, automation, or stronger data foundations can create measurable value
• Support workshops on AI strategy, use case discovery, prioritization, and AI-ready ways of working
• Exposure to data strategy, data governance, and modern data foundations, with motivation to learn how these enable scalable AI and analytics
• Contribute to the design of prototypes, pilots, agents, copilots, workflows, and other implementation-oriented deliverables with multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to reusable assets, methods, demos, and offerings that strengthen our AI-native consulting capability
• Work in a team that values people who build, test, iterate, and make ideas tangible, not only people who create slides

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, digital, or a related field, ideally in consulting, a fast-paced technology environment, or an innovation-driven business role
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to connect business priorities and technology implications
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, app builders, workflow orchestration, data products, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives, ideally including experience with n8n, Power Automate, Claude (Chat, Code, Cowork), cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
• Work with modern AI-native delivery tooling across low-code automation, app building, cloud, and agent orchestration to help make concepts tangible and accelerate prototyping
• A clear builder mindset: you like turning ideas into something tangible and are comfortable working beyond conceptual advisory
• Proactive, curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn fast in a frontier environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) must be at a business-proficient level (C1)
