Capgemini Invent, part of Capgemini, seeks a Strategy & Transformation Associate Consultant in Life Sciences. You will support transformative, data-driven strategy projects for pharma and MedTech clients, shaping digital roadmaps and engaging stakeholders with clear storytelling.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across teams, developing narratives, and leveraging data visualization to communicate outcomes effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a master’s degree in life sciences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German or French at C1 is advantageous.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of systems architecture and data flows; programming fundamentals.
• Interest in Life Sciences; prior consulting or life science industry experience is beneficial.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Programming skills in Python and/or R; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.

• Assisting in strategic development and implementation of large-scale transformation projects in Life Sciences.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyzing data, creating compelling visualizations, and delivering engaging client presentations.
• Developing storylines to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy throughout projects.
• Improving presentation and storyline effectiveness based on client feedback.
• Participating in business development activities within the team.
• Incorporating AI into daily workflows without compromising quality.
