Adaptyv is seeking a hybrid sales and customer success professional with deep scientific knowledge in protein engineering. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding experimental setup, choosing assays, and translating results into actionable insights for their programs.

You will run technical sales calls, onboard new customers, monitor ongoing accounts, and identify expansion opportunities across segments, including AI-driven protein design, biotech startups, pharma R&D, and

Competenze

• Scientific background in protein engineering or related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role: field application scientist, technical sales, or scientific account management.

Mansioni

• Lead technical sales conversations beyond pricing and discuss binding kinetics, expression systems, and assay design.
• Onboard new customers and help design first experiments on the platform.
• Monitor accounts, flag issues early, and suggest next steps based on results.
• Collaborate with biology team to troubleshoot experiments and communicate results clearly.
• Develop proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs, from pilots to large campaigns.
