Job summary

UBS in Zurich invites recent graduates to join its 18-month Group Technology Office Graduate Talent Program. You will explore roles across Technology Engineer, Data Engineer, Software Engineering, Data Science and Analytics streams and contribute to robust data solutions while preparing for cloud, streaming, AI and Generative AI initiatives.

As part of a global, supportive team, you’ll rotate through assignments, develop new skills, and work with AI to drive client-focused technology

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in CS/DS/AI or related field required.
• Strong academic performance: minimum 4.5 GPA.
• Interest in AI and Generative AI applications in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions.
• Provide transparency across data quality and data flows to ensure high standards of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/Generative AI into data platforms.
