Job summary

UBS Group AG in Zurich invites graduates to join the 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Group Economic Performance Scenario Analytics (GEPSA). You’ll work at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, Risk and Technology to deliver forward-looking insights for strategic decisions.

You’ll rotate across functions, build data-driven forecasts, craft AI-enabled workflows, and present concise narratives to senior finance stakeholders while developing new skills within a global wealth manager.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months).
• Completed degree and graduation requirements by program start.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, economic and business data to identify performance drivers and risks.
• Support senior decision-makers with clear, independent insights.
• Develop data-driven forecasts and compare model-based vs. business plans.
• Build scenarios and sensitivities to assess revenue impact under market changes.
• Translate quantitative results into concise executive narratives for forums.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research with sound controls.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled workflows and reusable analytical tools.
• Take ownership of analytical workstreams and collaborate across teams.
