Cross Border Talents is seeking a target-driven B2B sales professional specializing in digital marketing and AI advertising solutions. Join a global team in Barcelona to drive new business acquisition and connect clients with cutting-edge AI advertising capabilities.

You will own full-cycle sales, conduct needs analyses, and collaborate with customer success to maximize revenue while using Salesforce to manage the pipeline. Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, pre-sales, or lead qualification.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem) and ad tech/AI platforms.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full-cycle B2B sales from lead qualification and outbound prospecting to deal closing.
• Conduct needs analysis for high-potential clients and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activities, pipeline, and account data accurately.
• Collaborate with internal customer success teams for smooth client onboarding and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
