What you bring:

• Experience: You have commercial training or experience in a contact centre to professionally support customers.
• Communication skills: You are strong in communication and sales, as persuasiveness is required.
• Flair: You have a knack for digital media such as internet, TV, and mobile because this keeps you up to date.
• Language skills: You are bilingual in DE, FR is an advantage, so you can be deployed flexibly.
