The Bvlgari Watches and Fragrances teams in Neuchâtel are seeking an AFSS Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator to strengthen after-sales operations, ensuring service levels while maintaining inventory targets.

The role coordinates with repair centers, worldwide shops and customer services, tracks orders from placement to delivery, manages backorders, and supports demand planning and product life cycle analysis. Fluency in French and English is required; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.
• Experience in luxury watch industry preferred.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

• Track issues from order placement to final delivery, including pricing and shipments.
• Manage urgent requests to ensure deadlines are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction through Quality Feedback Management.
