Zusammenfassung

SWISSto12 is seeking a Logistics, Transport, and Export-Import Coordinator to optimize movement of goods and manage export/import operations. You will oversee compliance with EAR/ITAR, liaise with freight forwarders, and drive cost-efficient transportation across EU and US regions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5–7 years in logistics, with strong negotiation and regulatory knowledge. Based in Switzerland, Lausa on site with global exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, logistics, international trade or related field.
• 5–7 years in logistics, transportation and export/import operations.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, customs and shipping regulations.
• Experience with freight negotiation and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP and WMS for logistics management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage logistics strategies to optimize transport and distribution.
• Oversee import/export operations, ensuring EAR/ITAR compliance and trade laws.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor transportation costs and negotiate rates for best service.
• Ensure Incoterms compliance and proper customs documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales to align logistics goals.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and safety standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and logistics best practices.
• Address disruptions with contingency plans to maintain continuity.
