Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in air cargo.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational IT systems; reports in French and English (minimum B2).
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, initiative, and customer service orientation with a safety focus.
• Valid Category B driving license; forklift certification is a strong asset.

• Supervise, coordinate daily operations to ensure safety, compliance, service quality and performance.
• Lead operational teams, ensuring adherence to Swissport procedures, airline requirements, and airport regs while optimizing resources.
• Drive operations quality, support development, and promote continuous improvement for customers and partners.
• Lead and coordinate daily air cargo operations for safe, efficient handling and on-time delivery.
• Supervise and coach cargo teams, allocate resources per priorities.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, customer requirements, and aviation security while maintaining high standards.
• Act as main operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring clear communication.
• Drive performance through quality monitoring and team development.
