• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or Swiss permit).

Minimum Requirements

What You Bring

• Advanced degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in aircraft safety is desirable
• Proficiency in conducting Safety Assessments for civil aircrafts
• Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), and proficiency in Fault Tree Analysis and Common Mode Analysis (CMA)
• Hands-on experience utilizing SAE ARP 4754B standards for the development of civil aircraft and systems
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adaptability in approaching challenges, with a capacity to work independently and proactively find solutions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the company and with external stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in English
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit required)
