Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG in Uri, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage payables for multiple properties and the Corporate Office. You will review invoices, code them, and ensure timely payments while reconciling accounts and supporting closings.

The role involves collaboration with hotels, internal departments, and external partners, with a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and compliance with Swiss accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally further education in accounting and finance.
• Several years of accounts payable experience.
• Confident handling of ERP systems and Excel.
• Accurate, independent, and responsible working style.
• Strong affinity for numbers and structured processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an overview in busy times.
• Strong service orientation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English; German for day-to-day use.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for several hotels, restaurants, and the Corporate Office
• Review, code, and post invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims
• Ensure efficient and timely payment processing
• Reconcile and monitor accounts payable, bank, and intercompany accounts
• Review and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and, where applicable, USALI
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
• Prepare analyses, reconciliations, and reports for Finance Management
• Collaborate closely with hotels within the group, internal departments, and external partners
• Contribute actively to the digitalization and continuous improvement of finance processes
