Job summary

Qiibee is seeking an experienced Account Manager to convert qualified leads into signed partnerships. You will own the sales process from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close with SMEs seeking loyalty solutions.

You will operate in a remote setting with CET business hours, collaborating with an international team of loyalty enthusiasts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales in loyalty/CRM or marketing, strong CRM discipline, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling in Loyalty/CRM/Marketing industries.
• Owns deals from discovery to signed agreement.
• Experience selling to SMEs and managing multiple opportunities.
• Able to explain loyalty in plain commercial terms and connect to a customer’s economics.
• Fluent German and English with strong presentation skills.
• Strong CRM discipline and daily use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery that moves opportunities forward.
• Demonstrate how loyalty can drive customer business goals.
• Own the close: presentations, proposals, objections, terms, and agreement.
• Keep deals moving with clear next steps and stakeholders.
• Manage the pipeline with accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Leverage AI tools for research, prep, and follow-up.
