Job summary

Hy Brasil is seeking an account manager in Switzerland to identify customer needs and help them succeed with our product. You will develop appropriate levels of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate issues.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, building relationships to meet customer needs, visiting customers to spot growth opportunities within our platform, and reporting on the health of customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience.
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
