Zusammenfassung

STACK Infrastructure EMEA in Zürich seeks a Critical Operations Technician to join the local Critical Operations Team. The role involves on-site data center operations 24/7/365, maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, and proactive troubleshooting to ensure zero downtime for critical services.

You will monitor alarms from BMS and EPMS, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage logs, and support vendor communications in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifikationen

• Possess a trade certificate or vocational education in electrical or mechanical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical systems in critical environments or data centers is preferred.
• Ability to perform complex work with some autonomy.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections of critical equipment and systems.
• Monitor alarms from BMS/EPMS and respond to incidents.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using diagrams and schematics.
• Manage access and security handovers as needed.
• Maintain logs in the Facility Management System.
• Assist in technical quotations and project execution.
• Keep documentation up to date for building infrastructure.
