Zusammenfassung

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Critical Facilities Technician to join our Site Operations team in Switzerland. The role focuses on operating and maintaining data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, power distribution, and building controls.

You will work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure continuous uptime and safety. You will monitor and respond to system conditions, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to project-based improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education at advanced technician or engineer level.
• Experience operating data centers or similar environments.
• Knowledge of fire protection and physical security systems advantageous.
• English and Polish languages; min level B1.

Aufgaben

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems (electrical, mechanical, building monitoring, control).
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed with high quality across planning, preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure reliability and energy efficiency of infrastructure and service continuity.
• Use BMS and CMMS to monitor site conditions and perform regular site walkthroughs.
