Job summary

UBS is offering a paid six-month internship in its LFN Wealth Management team in Switzerland. You will support client advisors, assist with day-to-day activities, and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve client satisfaction.

Join a global firm with a focus on wealth planning, investments, and credit. Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus. Mentors will guide you as you learn the industry and UBS culture.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree; graduation within 12 months.
• GPA 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Evidence of how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes.

Your team

You’ll be working in our LFN Wealth Management team. We are responsible for advising lawyers, fiduciaries and notaries in Switzerland on both their individual and corporate needs, as well as those of their clients. You will join a team of around 10 Client Advisors who rely on a broad range of specialists for credit, investments and wealth planning matters.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than twelve months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• is fluent in French and English (written and spoken), German is a plus
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
