We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Group Real Estate and Supply Chain.

This role offers unique visibility into UBS’s leadership landscape, with regular exposure to senior executives and key stakeholders through high-level events, including interactions with top management.

You’ll Get To

• actively support the Marketing & Business Development team in strategic positioning and external marketing as well as in the development and implementation of projects for UBS and Wolfsberg, and in the active implementation of AI initiatives
• support the program managers in defining topics and in the concept, organization, delivery and follow-up of the "Wolfsberg Dialogue" events, in the areas of economics, politics and society
• plan and realize social media content on LinkedIn
• process and analyze guest surveys
• create PowerPoint presentations and concepts, and research background information on topics and speakers

Your team

You’ll be working in Group Real Estate and Supply Chain in our Ermatingen offices. Our team provides a wide variety of services globally to deliver a seamless work experience and optimal commercial opportunities for our firm. You will work in the Marketing & Business Development team at the Wolfsberg, UBS Conference center for Education and Dialogue in Ermatingen, Thurgau. The modern seminar center meets the highest standards in implementing conferences, seminars and events. It has a pronounced client focus, making an important contribution to the implementation of UBS's strategic goals. In addition, we organize around 30 exclusive Thought Leadership events on relevant topics every year as part of the "Wolfsberg Dialogue".

Your expertise

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has excellent German and English skills
• is flexible, open and has a cooperative personality
• has good communication skills and is confidence in dealing with colleagues from all levels
• works in a structured, self-confident and independent manner
• has extensive experience with MS Office and AI Tools

Start date: 1 February 2027

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
