Job summary

UBS invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team. This paid internship lasts six months, offering hands-on exposure to private, corporate and institutional clients, mentorship, and the chance to work with senior team members in a truly global firm.

You’ll gain insight into wealth management, support client advisors, and learn from experts while developing new skills in a dynamic environment that values collaboration and innovation.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team.

You'll Get To

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction

Your team

You'll be working in our Wealth Management team. We're responsible for advising wealthy high net worth and ultra high net worth private individuals, families; managers & executives, entrepreneurs as well as lawyers, fiduciaries and notaries in Switzerland.

Your expertise

We're Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has native-level German and excellent English language skills

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
